PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We do not resell personal information.
We may, on occasion, use device information for retargeting advertising.
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Please note that we do not transact orders to Europe, ship products to Europe, nor intend this site for use by residents/citizens of Europe. As such, if you are a European resident, any potential information and data that is collected by the site software is inadvertent and not intended. We solely limit any request for deletion of collected data to non-personal information.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. This policy of data deletion expressly does not apply to any order or transaction involving licensed products including live trout for private aquaculture in the Province of Alberta, Canada. Licensing data, including name and address is kept in accordance with the rules and regulations for trout stocking issued by the Province of Alberta.
